Thank you very much for a memorable stay during a business trip. The units are nice, wonderful on the water. Stunning and awesome location, it's set close to the lake and the alps and the restaurant. Also, Southover Grange Gardens is a stone’s throw away.

new-fashioned king room, comfy beds. luxurious separate bathroom. the very very helpful and caring staff and their quick responses to my needs.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where everything was just perfect, and the property was lovely with great staff.

Room service staff were accommodating and food selection on the room service menu was good.

Le Silex, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel. A private kitchen was included. Reasonable base for a weekend in Neuchâtel.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair

The location of this place is fantastic, the personnel here are welcoming, and the room service is fast.

Very relaxing, felt as though we were on holiday somewhere exotic even though we were within a stone's throw from Neuchatel, the restaurant was excellent as was the service, the facilities provided in the room were of a very high standard and they had thought of everything. We actually asked to upgrade to a Lake Pavillion room once we were there.

The heating system was on full and could not be turned off -- the only comfortable way to sleep was to have the main window wide open all night. It was also too expensive -- only affordable on the basis that this was a one-off and we would not go back due to the cost.

The exclusive amenities fulfilled our luxurious needs and heightened our experience. the treatment room was a definite highlight, providing top-notch massages that relaxed our muscles. the restaurant provided a variety of delicious meals and the staff was attentive to our requests. The location offered great views and a serene atmosphere.

Unique design and room facilities, wonderful lake side location, the only suite hotel above water in Europe, superb food and wines, an experience not to be missed

Some aging wooden planks along the access to the lake side suites do no longer match the luxury resort.
